AOL launches live event video service

Streamdaily.tv reports "The Verizon-owned web giant officially launched Live by AOL Sept. 28. The service intends to provide live-event clients with opportunities to distribute live content to AOL’s various properties, including AOL.com, The Huffington Post and TechCrunch, along with access to AOL’s network of more than 1,700 publishing partners for live distribution across mobile, digital, OTT and linear TV. AOL didn’t specify the exact nature of the content.".
